here are currently two bills that deal with the controversial Anthrax Vaccination Program. HR 2543 "American Military Health Protection Act" currently has 28 cosponsors and HR 2548 "Department of Defense Anthrax Vaccination Moratorium Act" has 32 cosponsors. ell it looks like another year has befallen our test of wills to try to make this world a better place for all to live. Without even thinking much about it, we as a Council have strived to correct the errors that we feel have been imposed upon us and we have come up with some damned good ideas and even some original ones to boot.

Now we are ready to start not only a new year, but a new Century and a new Millennium. What we do in the next year could shape the way we all live.

So let me take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of the members of the AFGE Technician Council 164 Executive Board.

Even as I write this I have set my computer to turn over to the next Century and show that I am y2k ready and I have nothing to worry about, and here we go! Help!!!
